Cancellation Policy

• Daily tickets, rentals, and private lessons are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Date changes must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. To request a change, please email rikertoutdoorcenter@middlebury.edu. Requests will be handled in the order they are received.

Refund Policy

• Season Passes, Programs, and Rentals are non-refundable.
• In cases of extenuating circumstances, a prorated refund may be calculated and issued. To initiate a request, please email rikertoutdoorcenter@middlebury.edu.
• Refund requests must be submitted before the outdoor center closes for the season. Requests submitted after closing will not be accepted.
• Refunds cannot be processed more than 120 days after the original purchase date.

Program Make-Up Policy

• If a lesson is cancelled due to ski area closure, a make-up day will be added to the program. Updates will be communicated directly to each group.
